摘要: 【摘要】目的:探讨肱踝脉博波传导速度(BaPWV)联合超声心动图检测在冠心病(CHD)心功能异常和心脏重构研究中的意义。方法:286例CHD患者按超声心动图检测分为CHD心脏重构组(实验组,150例);CHD心脏正常构型组(对照组,136例)。检测两组BaPWV和心功能各参数进行分析对比。结果:两组患者基础资料与BaPWV相比,实验组BaPWV明显高于对照组,动脉僵硬度较高,两组相比有显著统计学意义,P<0.01;实验组左室舒张期末内径、左室室间隔厚度、左室相对厚度、左室原壁厚度、左心室质量指数、二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰速、二尖瓣舒张晚期血流峰速、E/A比值、左心室射血分数等心功能参数指标与对照组相比有统计学意义,P<0.05;BaPWV与心功能各参数有相关性。结论:BaPWV与超声心动图联合检测对于预防测评CHD心功能异常和心脏重构有着重要的意义,BaPWV是CHD患者心脏重构、心功能异常的独立危险因素。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the brachial ankle pulse wave conduction velocity (baPWV) combined with ultrasound echocardiography the significance of detection of figure in the functional abnormality of the coronary heart disease (CHD) and cardiac remodeling. Methods: 286 patients with CHD were divided into two groups (experimental group, 150 cases) and CHD normal configuration group (control group, 136 cases) according to echocardiography. The two groups of BaPWV and cardiac function parameters were analyzed and compared. Results: Compared with the two groups of patients with basic information and baPWV, baPWV in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, arterial stiffness was higher in two groups compared with statistical significance, P <0.01; experimental group, left ventricular diastolic final diameter, left ventricular septal thickness, left ventricular relative wall thickness,left ventricular wall thickness, left ventricular mass index (LVMI), mitral diastolic early peak flow velocity of mitral valve, late diastolic peak flow velocity, E / a ratio, left ventricular ejection fraction cardiac function parameters and control group had statistical significance compared, P<0.05. BaPWV and the parameters of cardiac function relevance. Conclusion: The combined detection of BaPWV and echocardiography plays an important role in the prevention of cardiac dysfunction and cardiac remodeling in patients with CHD. BaPWV is an independent risk factor for cardiac remodeling and cardiac dysfunction in patients with CHD.
