胃癌中S100A4蛋白过表达的临床病理学意义

Clinicopathological Significance of S100A4 Protein Overexpression in Gastric Carcinoma

摘要: 【摘要】目的:探讨胃癌当中S100A4蛋白的表达的临床病理学意义。方法:收集62例癌旁组织、76例细胞癌以及154例腺癌,采取组织芯片以及免疫组化法检测S100A4蛋白在以上组织当中的表达。结果:S与正常组织相对比,S100A4蛋白在胃SCC以及腺癌当中的阳性率显著增加,同时染色强度显著增强(P<0.05)。胃SCC以及腺癌当中,S100A4蛋白的男阳性率为65.8%,女为66.7%;肿瘤之间在5cm以下的阳性率为64.8%,≥5cm的阳性率为68.2%;TNM分期当中Ⅰ+Ⅱ期当中的阳性率为74.2%,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期中阳性率为55.1%;AJCC分期当中的阳性率Ⅰ期为69%,Ⅱ期为69.4%,Ⅲ期为59.5%。S100A4蛋白在各个组当中全部有相对比较强的表达,同时与TNM分期有明显相关,其之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S100A4蛋白表达胃癌患者的总生存率要比低表达组低(P<0.05)。另外,在胃SCC和腺癌当中S100A4蛋白高表达患者的生存率要比低表达组低(log-rank=7.138、7.482;P=0.007、0.005)。结论:S100A4蛋白在胃SCC和腺癌当中高表达,能够作为初期诊断以及预后提供重要依据。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the clinicopathological significance of the expression of S100A4 protein in gastric carcinoma. Methods: The expression of S100A4 protein was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry in 62 cases of tumor adjacent tissues,76 cases of cell carcinoma and 154 cases of adenocarcinoma. Results: Compared with normal tissues, the positive rates of S100A4 protein in gastric SCC and adenocarcinoma were significantly increased, while the staining intensity was significantly increased (P<0.05). Gastric SCC and adenocarcinoma, S100A4 protein of male positive rate was 65.8% and female was 66.7%; tumor in 5cm below the positive rate was 64.8%. The positive rate of more than or equal to 5cm was 68.2%; TNM stage which I + II positive rate was 74.2%, the positive rate of stage III and IV was 55.1%; AJCC staging when the positive rate of stage I was 69%, phase II was 69.4% stage III was 59.5%. S100A4 protein in each group were all relatively strong expression, at the same time with the TNM stage was significantly correlated, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall survival rate of S100A4 protein expression in gastric cancer patients was lower than that in the low expression group (P<0.05). In addition, the survival rate of patients with high expression of S100A4 protein in gastric SCC and adenocarcinoma was lower than that in the low expression group (log-rank=7.138, 7.482; P=0.007, 0.005). Conclusion: S100A4 protein is highly expressed in gastric SCC and adenocarcinoma, and can be used as an important basis for early diagnosis and prognosis.
