Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To study the application of ultrasound elasticity imaging technology in the deep venous thrombosis of lower limb in different periods. Methods:A retrospective analysis was taken with the data of J 71 cases of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity from January 2013 to October 2015.The ultrasound and the score of the DVT in the acute group, subacute group, and the chronic group were compared. Results:The acute group showed more red,the sub acute group showed more green, and the chronic group showed more blue..Image scores were statistically significant among the groups(P<0.05).The ratio of strain in chronic group was higher than that in subacute group and acute group(P<0.05).The ratio of strain in subacute group was higher than that in acute group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ultrasound elastography deep venous thrombosis has a positive value stage to evaluate the hardness variation in different periods of venous thrombosis.
