Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To observe the clinical effect of low ligation of varicose spermatic cord of Microsurgery in teenagers with primary varicocele.Methods:Ninety-two cases of teenagers with primary varicocele treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random digital table method,with fortysix cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic ligation of the blood vessels of the cord,while the study group were treated with low ligation of varicose spermatic cord of Microsurgery.The effect of operation,the quality of sperm before and after operation and the complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). The sperm count,sperm motility,sperm motility in the two groups after operation were significantly improved compared with those before operation,which in the study group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the study group was 10.87%,which was significantly lower than that of 41.30% in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion:Low ligation of varicose spermatic cord of Microsurgery can significantly improve the quality of sperm,which has good prospects for application.
