摘要： 【摘要】目的：探究正脊术治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床效果。方法：选取本院收治的青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的患者80例，随机分成试验组与对照组，对照组采取牵引治疗方式，试验组采用正脊术治疗方式，对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果：试验组的总有效率为97．5%，对照组的总有效率为82．5%，两组数据对比，结果（P＜0.05）有统计学意义；治疗后，试验组的Cobb角度的变化情况明显优于对照组，结果（P＜0.05）有统计学意义。结论：正脊术能有效提升青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床疗效，有效地纠正Cobb角度。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of spinal surgery in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Methods:Selected were treated in our hospital from adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients 80 cases,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,while the control group adopted traction treatment,experimental group by spinal surgery treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency of 97.5%,control group the total efficiency was 82.5%,compared two groups of data and results(P＜0.05) have statistical significance; changes of Cobb angles of the treatment,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Results(P＜0.05)are statistically significant.Conclusion:Spinal surgery can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,and effectively correct the Cobb angle.
