Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of operative and nonoperative treatment of the displaced middlethird clavicle fractures.Methods:A retrospective study of 57 cases displaced middle-third clavicle fractures,32 patients in operation group accept open reduction internal fixation,25 patients in nonoperation group accept conservative treatment.The clinical efficacy,CMS score,DASH score of 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results:57 patients were followed up for 8-28 months,an average of 12 months.Operation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the nonoperation group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the two groups CMS scores rise,DASH scores decrease(P＜0.05).Compare with the nonoperation group,operation group CMS scores higher and DASH scores lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Operative treatment of the displaced middle-third clavicle fracture has a higher clinical efficacy,which is beneficial to the recover of the shoulder joint function,and can be regard as the preferred treatment.
