摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨负压球结合引流袋应用于骨科脊柱手术及关节置换术后引流效果及安全性，旨在探究适合骨科手术术后引流的最佳引流方法，提高患者术后恢复效果。方法：选取2014年2～8月来我院行脊柱手术和关节置换术的120例患者为研究对象，按照就诊先后顺序分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。术后观察组患者采用负压球联合引流袋引流法引流，对照组患者采用常规方法进行引流。观察并比较两组总引流量、持续引流时间、引流管更换次数和平均住院天数等指标；比较两组患者治疗有效率和患者满意度；同时比较两组患者发生感染、引流失血、神经血管损伤及关节肿胀等并发症情况。结果：（1）观察组患者总引流量、持续引流时间、引流管更换次数和平均住院天数等指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）观察组治疗总有效率为96．67%（58/60），较对照组83．33%（50/60）偏高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（3）相比于对照组并发症总发生率20.00%（12/60），观察组患者出现感染、引流失血等并发症概率为6．67%（4/60），远偏低，差异也具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：负压球联合引流袋应用于骨科脊柱手术及关节置换术后引流效果较常规引流方法效果好，其安全性也较高。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of negative pressure ball combined with drainage bag in the operation and safety of the operation of the patients with spinal surgery and joint replacement.Methods:120 patients with spinal surgery and joint replacement surgery were selected from February 2014-2014 to August.The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with negative pressure drainage combined with drainage,and the control group was treated with conventional method.Two groups were observed and compared with the two groups,such as total drainage,drainage time,number of drainage tube replacement,average length of hospital stay,and patient satisfaction.Results:(1)In the observation group,the total volume of drainage,duration of drainage,the number of replacement of the drainage tube and the average length of hospital stay were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);(2)In the observation group,the total effective rate was 96.67%(58/60),83.33%(50/60)was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);(3)Compared with the control group,the total incidence rate of complications was 20%(12/60),the incidence of complications,such as infection,bleeding and bleeding in the observation group was 6.67%(4/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The negative pressure ball combined with drainage bag is effective and safe in the treatment of spinal surgery and joint replacement in the Department of orthopedics.
