摘要： 【摘要】目的：分析造口袋联合导尿管治疗回肠造口周围粪水性皮炎患者的效果。方法：将65例回肠造口周围粪水性皮炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，33例对照组患者使用20号气囊导尿管引流封堵造口后，于造口溃烂区域喷洒护肤品。32例观察组患者在此基础上将两件式造口袋贴于造口，导尿管尾部连接引流袋。对比两组患者治疗7d内造口区域皮肤愈合情况。结果：治疗后第3、5天观察组的有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后第7周两组的有效率均为100%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：造口袋联合导尿管有利于回肠造口周边粪水性皮炎恢复，促进伤口愈合。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze the effect of the treatment of the patients with fecal water dermatitis in the periphery of the ileum.Methods:65 cases ileostomy around dung water dermatitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,33 cases control group of patients using 20 balloon catheter closure of stoma,in the region of stomal ulceration spray skin care products.The observation group of 32 cases in time on the basis of two piece bag attached to the stoma,catheter drainage bag is connected with the tail.Comparison of two groups of patients in the treatment of 7D in the area of skin wound healing.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of third and 5D observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The effective rates of the two groups after treatment were 100%,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:It is beneficial to improve the recovery of fecal water and promote wound healing in patients with peripheral fecal water.
