Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the specific growth factor and its content in different preparation conditions of PRF,CGF,qualitative analysis of both macroscopic properties and microstructure characteristics,provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of PRF and CGF.Methods:Eight subjects by PRF and CGF centrifuge vacuum negative pressure producing PRF and CGF; with anticoagulant glass vacuum tube negative pressure collecting whole blood was taken as the control group. The application of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for each sample in the growth factor PDGF-BB,TGF- β1,BMP2 qualitative and quantitative microplate detection.Results:(1) Observed in PRF and CGF samples:there are some differences in the appearance of the eye between the groups.(2) To observe PRF and CGF sample random sampling under light microscope and electron microscope,fibrin structure had no obvious difference.(3) Except the control group,A,B,C,D group were detected PDGFBB and TGF-β1 groups,BMP-2 were not detected.Conclusion:Four different centrifugation conditions of preparation of PRF and CGF in:(1) were observed in a large number of enrichment of platelet and leukocyte; (2) the basic physical characteristics are similar,the determination of some growth factor content existence difference,the results of this experiment will help to guide the clinical application.
