摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：分析双气囊小肠镜治疗小肠疾病的临床效果及安全性。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年2月至2016年3月43例行双气囊小肠镜下治疗的小肠疾病患者的临床资料及随访结果。结果：43例患者中，35例因小肠血管畸形行小肠镜下止血治疗，其中4例予以硬化剂注射及APC治疗，31例予以APC和或电凝治疗；3例因小肠息肉行息肉切除术；5例因小肠异物行内镜下治疗术，其中4例为小肠滞留的胶囊内镜，予以圈套器套取出体外，1例为回肠末端粪石梗阻，予以碎石后取出至结肠，所有内镜下治疗过程均顺利完成，无严重并发症发生。结论：双气囊小肠镜治疗小肠疾病安全有效。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze the clinical effect and safety for the treatment of intestinal diseases under the double balloon enteroscopy.Methods:Retrospective analysis of clinical data and follow-up results of 43 cases treated by double balloon enteroscopy in small bowel diseases.Results:In 43 patients,35 cases of small intestinal vascular malformation received a hemostatic treatment,3 cases received polyps resection,5cases of small intestine foreign body were removed.No serious complications occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:Double balloon enteroscopy is safe and effective in treatment of small bowel disease.
