摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：研究分析中医正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：采用前瞻对照的方式将2013年9月～2015年10月来院诊治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者平分成对照组和实验组，各组患者人数均一样，均45例，对照组单纯地使用药物予以治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上加施中医正骨手法治疗，观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果：和对照组相比，实验组总有效率明显要高，同时治疗后各症状积分和体征积分也明显要高，二者各指标对比，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在腰椎间盘突出症的临床中应用中医正骨手法进行治疗，安全可靠，可有效改善患者症状和体征。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To study on the analysis of the clinical effect of TCM massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods:By prospective controlled way in Sept 2013 ~ Oct 2015 hospital for diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases of lumbar disc herniation were divided into experimental group and control group,each group number of patients with uniform kind,45 cases,and the control group,the mere use of drug treated,experimental group in the control group based on the applied Chinese manipulative therapy,observe and compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher,and the scores of symptoms and signs were significantly higher at the same time,the two indexes were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:In lumbar disc herniation clinical application of traditional bone setting manipulation treatment,safe and reliable,effectively improve the symptoms and physical signs of patients.
