摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜胆总管探查术后一期缝合治疗胆管结石的临床疗效。方法：选取我院行腹腔镜胆总管探查术的胆管结石患者100例，根据其术后行一期缝合和T管引流分别设为观察组（53例）和对照组（47例）。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组手术持续时间、术后住院时间、术后肛门排气时间及术后下床活动时间明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：腹腔镜胆总管探查术后一期缝合治疗胆管结石临床效果显著。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of one-stage laparoscopic choledochotomy suture in the treatment of bile duct stones.Methods:100 cases of bile duct stones with laparoscopic common bile duct exploration in our hospital were selected.The patients were divided into observation group (53 cases) and control group (47 cases) according to the one stage suture and T tube drainage after operation.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results:The duration of operation,length of stay,postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative bed time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration in the first phase of the treatment of bile duct stones has significant clinical effect.
