摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨鼻内镜鼻窦手术(ESS) 对慢性鼻窦炎(CS)患者疗效和生活质量的影响。方法：对我院100例行ESS的CS患者治愈率进行VAS评分、SF-36评分和SNOT-20量表评分，对影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果：ESS临床治愈率为70.00%~86.67%，CSⅠ型3期和Ⅱ型3期患者治愈率最低；术后VAS评分和SNOT-20量表评分显著低于术前，而SF-36评分均显著高于术前（P<0.05）；Logistic分析，Ⅰ型3期、Ⅱ型3期、伴变应性鼻炎、伴鼻息肉、伴功能性ESS史、未及时用药为主要影响因素。结论：应用ESS治疗CS的治愈率较高，治疗恢复期应大于6个月，治疗过程中医护人员应着重关注伴变应性鼻炎、伴鼻息肉、伴功能性ESS史、未及时用药等影响因素。

Abstract: Objective： To investigate the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS)on therapeutic efficacy and the quality of life in patients with chronic sinusitis (CS).Methods：The VAS score， SF-36 score and SNOT-20 scale score in 100 patients with ESS in our hospital were evaluated， and the influence factors were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results：The clinical cure rate of ESS was 70.00%～86.67%，and the lowest cure rate was in stage 3 of CS-Ⅰ and CS-Ⅱ patients. The postoperative VAS score and SNOT-20 scale score were significantly lower， while SF-36 score was remarkably higher than those before the operation (P<0.05). Logistic analysis indicated that disease type (CS-Ⅰ stage 3 and CS-Ⅱ stage 3)，accompanied with allergic rhinitis， nasal polyp， a history of functional ESS and not medicated in time were the main influence factors. Conclusion： Application of ESS in the treatment of CS has a high cure rate， and the recovery period should be longer than 6 months.In the course of treatment， the medical staff should pay more attention to the patients with influence factors such as allergic rhinitis，nasal polyp，functional ESS history，and those who is not medicated in time.
