摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析癌痛患者生存质量功能领域的影响因素。方法：采用一般资料调查表、疼痛程度量表、慢性疼痛自我效能感量表、癌症患者生存质量量表对200例癌痛患者进行问卷调查。结果：性别、年龄、家庭经济状况、癌症类型、肿瘤是否转移、生病前/后体育锻炼情况、癌痛程度、症状应对自我效能感及躯体功能自我效能感是癌痛患者生存质量功能领域的影响因素。结论：癌痛患者的生存质量受多种因素的影响，应根据不同癌痛患者的特点，开展有针对性的干预措施以提高其生存质量。

Abstract: Objective：To analyze the influencing factors of life quality in patients with cancer pain.Methods：A total of 200 patients with cancer pain were recruited by convenience sampling and needed to complete the following questionnaires：the self-made general social demographic questionnaire， Brief Pain Index，Chronic Pain Self-Efficacy Scale′s Chinese Version，the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) QOL Questionnaire Core 30.Results：Gender， age， family economic status，type of cancer，tumor distant metastasis， activity condition before or after ill，pain degree，self-efficacy for physical function and self-efficacy for coping with symptom were the influencing factors of life quality of patients with cancer pain.Conclusion：The life quality of patients with cancer pain was influenced by many factors.Intervention measures for patients with cancer pain should be carried out according to the characteristics of the patients.
