Abstract: Objective： To investigate the performance of Danhong injection adverse reaction， influence factors and prevention. Methods： 2 789 patients from March 2014 to March 2016 treated in our hospital with Danhong injection as the research object， the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized， in order to evaluate the clinical application safety of Danhong injection. Results： The incidence of adverse drug reactions： 2 789 cases of patients， 62 cases of adverse reaction/event， 53 cases determined adverse reaction/incident， the incidence of adverse reaction was 1.90%. Adverse reaction and application dose relationship： application of different doses of drugs， the adverse reaction rate had significant difference， P<0.05. Adverse reactions and patients gender： the incidence of adverse reactions of female， male patients were significantly different， P<0.05. Adverse reaction and the age of patients： the incidence of adverse reactions of different age patients were significantly different， P<0.05. Adverse reactions and disease relationship： the incidence of adverse reaction of patients with different diseases had no significant difference， P>0.05. In 53 cases of adverse events， the incidence of adverse reactions of the circulatory system was 34.0%， the incidence of neurological adverse reactions was 30.2%， the incidence of skin adverse reactions was 26.3%， the incidence of digestive system adverse reactions was 5.7%， the incidence of other adverse reaction was 3.8%. Adverse reaction symptom treatment： 53 patients after adjustment of the dropping speed or symptomatic treatment， symptoms of adverse reactions disappeared， there were no serious adverse reactions cases. Conclusion： There are many factors causing adverse reactions of Danhong injection， through the implementation of effective preventive measures， can reduce or avoid the occurrence of drug-induced adverse reactions， which plays an important role to ensure drug safety and improve the therapeutic effect.
