摘要： 目的：探究细节管理护理在预防脊柱俯卧位手术患者术后发生压疮的应用效果。方法：选取我院106例脊柱俯卧位手术患者（2014年10月20日至2016年10月20日）作为本研究的观察对象，使用随机数字表法对106例脊柱俯卧位手术患者进行分组。常规组53例患者应用常规护理，细节组53例患者应用细节管理护理，研究对比两组脊柱俯卧位手术患者的压疮发生率及满意度评分。结果：细节组患者的压疮发生率为1.89%，相比常规组（18.87%）明显更低，P＜0.05；细节组患者护理后的满意度评分为（88.36±4.35）分，相比常规组[（78.69±4.71）分]明显更高，P＜0.05。结论：对脊柱俯卧位手术患者采取细节管理护理切实可行，能显著降低患者发生压疮的机率。

Abstract: Objective： To explore the effect of details management nursing in the prevention of pressure sores after spine prone position surgery. Methods： 106 cases of patients with spine prone position surgery in our hospital(from October 20， 2014 to October 20， 2016) were selected as the research object， and were divided into two groups randomly. In the conventional care group， 53 patients were treated with routine care. In the details management nursing group， the 53 patients were treated with detailed management care. The incidence of the pressure ulcers and the satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results： The rate of pressure ulcer was 1.89% in the details management nursing group， which was significantly lower than that in the conventional care group(18.87%)(P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the patients in the details management nursing group was(88.36±4.35) points， which was significantly higher than that in the conventional care group(78.69±4.71) points (P<0.05). Conclusion： It is practicable to take details management nursing for patients with spine prone position surgery， which can significantly reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcer.
