不接触隔离技术在腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中的护理配合要点

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：总结腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术中不接触隔离技术的护理配合要点。方法：回顾性总结1 000例腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术中，各项不接触隔离技术的护理配合要点。结果：在1 000例腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术中，手术医生护士能够严格遵守并执行恶性肿瘤手术中不接触隔离技术、各项操作配合默契，手术顺利完成。结论：手术医生护士进行规范化不接触隔离技术培训，是确保腹腔镜直肠癌手术中不接触隔离技术的有效实施和防止癌细胞种植转移的必要条件。

Abstract: Objective：To summarize the key points of nursing cooperation of no touch isolation technique in laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods： Retrospectively summarize key points of nursing cooperation of 1 000 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. Results： In 1 000 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer， surgical doctors， nurses could strictly abide by and carry out the operation of malignant tumors with the no touch isolation technique， the tacit understanding of the operation， and the successful completion of the operation. Conclusion： It is a necessary condition to ensure the effective implementation of the no touch isolation technique in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery to prevent cancer cell transfer.
