摘要: 目的:探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定百草枯、高效氯氟氰菊酯含量的研究。方法: 采用Agilent HC-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(90∶10),流速为1.5 mL·min-1,VWD紫外检测器,检测波长230 nm,柱温30 ℃。结果: 百草枯的保留时间约为1.048 min,高效氯氟氰菊酯的保留时间约为2.618 min。百草枯在0.75~2.00 mg·mL-1的范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为100.04%,RSD为1.44%,检测限为0.625 μg·mL-1;高效氯氟氰菊酯在0.10~1.00 mg·mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为100.32%,RSD为1.26%,检测限为0.08 μg·mL-1。结论: HPLC快速、准确、重复性好,适用于同时测定百草枯和高效氯氟氰菊酯,可用于临床农药中毒急诊诊断。

Abstract: Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of paraquat and lambda-cyhalothrin by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods: Agilent HC-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile water(90∶10), flow rate of 1.5 mL·min-1, VWD UV detector, detection wavelength of 230 nm, column temperature of 30℃. Results: The retention time of paraquat was about 1.048 min, and the retention time of lambda-cyhalothrin was about 2.618 min. The paraquat in the range of 0.75~2.00 mg·mL-1 had a good linear relationship(r=0.9995), the average recovery was 100.04%, RSD was 1.44%, the detection limit is 0.625 μg·mL-1. Lambda-cyhalothrin in the range of 0.10~1.00 mg·mL-1 had a good linear relationship(r=0.9997), the average recovery rate was 100.32%, RSD was 1.26%, the detection limit is 0.08 μg·mL-1. Conclusion: HPLC method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of paraquat and lambda-cyhalothrin. It can be used for emergency diagnosis of clinical pesticide poisoning.
