摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：提高小儿感冒贴质量标准，建立小儿感冒贴中四味中药的薄层色谱（TLC）鉴别方法。方法：采用薄层色谱鉴别法对小儿感冒贴剂中麻黄、蒲公英、冰片和樟脑等中药进行了定性鉴别。结果：处方中麻黄、蒲公英、冰片和樟脑的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征。结论：薄层方法简便、可靠、专属性强，可作为小儿感冒贴质量控制方法。

Abstract: Objective： To improve quality standards of Xiaoerganmao Patch， establish identification methods for four traditional Chinese herbal drugs in Xiaoerganmao Patch by TLC. Methods： Qualitative identification of Herba Ephedrae、Herba Taraxaci、Borneol and Camphor in Xiaoerganmao Patch was performed by TLC. Results： Describable characteristics of Herba Ephedrae、Herba Taraxaci、Borneol and Camphor were showed by TLC. Conclusion： TLC is a simple， reliable and specific method with good reproducibility to be used as quality control guideline for Xiaoerganmao Patch.
