Abstract: In drug dispensing， the pharmacy of medical institutions need to remove the original packaging of drugs according to the amount of prescription and medical orders，which is not only in line with the characteristics of the drug use， but also to adapt to the needs of the patient′s condition.However，it also put forward higher requirements on the quality management of dismounted drugs in medical institutions.This paper analyzes the medical institutions′ main problems in the quality management of dismounted drugs，and puts forward the corresponding recommendations for improving facilities and equipment， strengthening personnel management，improving dismounted medicines management system，controlling the varieties of dismounted drugs and some other aspects.
