摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析总结艾滋病（AIDS）合并结核性脑膜炎双重感染患者的临床资料，以期为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法：回顾性分析我院住院的AIDS合并结核性脑膜炎114例患者的临床资料。结果： AIDS合并结核性脑膜炎双重感染患者可出现头痛、恶心、呕吐、乏力、发热等临床表现，还可表现为精神异常及意识障碍，常合并肺结核及肺外结核表现，脑脊液压力多升高，脑脊液多表现为典型的结核性脑脊液生化特点。结论：AIDS合并结核性脑膜炎患者临床表现复杂，病死率高，CD4+小于200个·mm-3者较为常见，对可疑患者应尽早完善相关检查，及早诊断和治疗。

Abstract: Objective：To analyze and summarize the clinical data of double infection of AIDS combined with tuberculous meningitis， and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods： The clinical data of 114 cases of AIDS combined with tuberculous meningitis in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results：AIDS combined with tuberculous meningitis caused headache， nausea， vomiting， fatigue and fever and other clinical manifestations. It could also be manifested as mental disorders and disturbance of consciousness.The manifestations of tuberculosis and pulmonary tuberculosis were often merged， the pressure of cerebrospinal fluid increased and the cerebrospinal fluid was characterized by the typical biochemical characteristics of tuberculous cerebrospinal fluid. Conclusion：The clinical manifestations of AIDS combined with tuberculous meningitis are complex and the mortality is high.CD4+ less than 200·mm-3 is more common，the suspicious patients should be done relevant examination as soon as possible，and early diagnosed and treated.
