多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合维生素E治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的有效性及安全性探讨

Efficacy and Safety of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Combined with Vitamin E in the Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

摘要: 目的:探究多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合维生素E治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法:对134例非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床资料进行回顾与分析研究,资料收集时间为2016年5月至2017年5月。入组患者被实施分组研究,其中多烯磷脂酰胆碱组(67例)给予单纯多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,联合治疗组(67例)给予多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合维生素E治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的血脂水平、肝功能进行检测,实施疗效判定,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者血脂水平、肝功能各项指标检测结果均下降,但联合治疗组的下降效果更为明显,治疗后各项指标组间差异明显(均P<0.05)。经疗效判定,联合治疗组总有效率显著高于多烯磷脂酰胆碱组(89.55% vs 77.61%,P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均出现一定的不良反应,但总体较为轻微,不影响治疗进度,且组间比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合维生素E 方案治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著,较之单纯多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗可以更好地改善患者的肝功能和血脂功能,提高治疗有效率,且具有良好的安全性。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with vitamin E in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods:The clinical datas of 134 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were reviewed and analyzed. The data were collected from May 2016 to May 2017.The enrolled patients were assigned to a group study, in which polyene phosphatidylcholine group (67 patients) were given polyene phosphatidylcholine, and the combined treatment group (67 patients) was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with vitamin E. The blood lipid level and liver function of the two groups were detected before and after treatment. The curative effect was determined and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results: After treatment, the serum lipid levels and liver function indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased, but the decrease in the combined treatment group was more obvious. After treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of polyene phosphatidylcholine group (89.55% vs 77.61%, P<0.05).There were some adverse reactions in the two groups, but the overall rate was mild, which did not affect the treatment schedule, and there was no significant difference between the two groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion: Polyene phosphatidylcholine combined with vitamin E in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease curative is effective, compared with polyene phosphatidylcholine treatment can better improve the patient′s liver function and blood lipid, improve the treatment efficiency, and has good safety.
