脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C,hs-CRP及D-二聚体与颈动脉斑块稳定性的研究

摘要: 目的: 探讨脑梗死患者中血清胱抑素C(cystain C,Cys C)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)及D-二聚体(D-Dimer)水平与颈动脉斑块稳定性的关系。方法:选取我院急性脑梗死患者100名,并选取同期我院行健康体检的健康对照者80名,测定所有受试者的血清胱抑素C,hs-CRP及D-二聚体的水平,并应用彩色多普勒超声检测受试者的颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及动脉粥样硬化斑块性质,加以分析评价。结果:脑梗死组血清胱抑素C、hs-CRP及D-二聚体水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01及P<0.05),病例组中不稳定斑块组中血清胱抑素C、hs-CRP及D-二聚体高于稳定斑块组(P<0.01,P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论:血清胱抑素C、hs-CRP及D-二聚体水平升高不仅与脑梗死的发生发展有关,还与颈动脉斑块的性质及稳定性相关,临床中应早期监测,早期预防和治疗。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C,hs-CRP and D-dimer levels and the stability of carotid plaques in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled in this study.80 healthy controls were collected from our hospital.The levels of serum cystatin C,hs-CRP and D-dimer were tested; IMT and atherosclerotic plaque properties of the subjects were analyzed by color doppler ultrasonography.Results:The levels of serum cystatin C, hs-CRP and D-dimer in the cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01, P<0.01 and P<0.05). In the unstable plaque group, serum levels of cystain C, hs-CRP and D-dimer were higher than those in stable plaque group (P<0.01, P<0.01 and P<0.05). Conclusion:Serum levels of cystatin C,hs-CRP and D-dimer were elevated in patients with cerebral infarction, not only relevant with the occurrence and development of cerebral infarction, but also with the nature and stability of carotid plaques, clinical early monitoring, early prevention and treatment.
