Abstract: Objective： To explore the effect of comfort nursing care on anxiety and pain of patients after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods： 142 cases of endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into two groups， 71 cases each. The observation group was given comfort care， while the control group received routine care. The anxiety degree， pain degree and the number of accelerator keys were compared between the two groups. Results： The degree of anxiety， the degree of pain and the number of accelerator used for analgesia pump in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Comfort nursing care can effectively reduce postoperative anxiety and pain.
