摘要/Abstract

摘要： 获得性免疫缺陷综合征是人类感染免疫缺陷病毒引起的以获得性细胞免疫功能缺陷为特征的疾病。在抗HIV病毒过程中,机体特异性T淋巴细胞介导的细胞免疫发挥着重要作用,其中,T细胞受体的互补决定区3与HIV抗原结合,介导T细胞免疫,通过对T细胞受体的互补决定区3的测定来表征特定T细胞克隆扩增的程度,从而反映出T细胞的功能和状态,进一步为艾滋病的诊断、治疗及疫苗研制提供理论支持。

Abstract: Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is a disease that is characterized by the immunodeficiency caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). In the process of anti-HIV virus， the specific T cell-mediated immune cells play an important role.The T cell receptors of complementary decision area 3（CDR3） binds to HIV antigen and mediates immune reactions of T cells. T cell amplification can be measured by sequencing of CDR3 which reflects the function and state of T cells. This provides theoretical support for AIDS diagnosis， treatment and vaccine development.
