Abstract: Chlamydia trachomatis (Ct) infection is the world′s most popular one of sexually transmitted diseases.Ct infections disease mainly cause male and female genitourinary tract infection， treatment is still given priority to antibiotics，but as a result of Ct infection course is longer， usually patients often appear high resistance， liver and kidney damage.In recent years， some scholars put forward，should add micro ecological therapy to treat the disease， which is consistent with the TCM theory of “supporting”.Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy can effectively shorten the course of the disease，avoid drug resistance is high，the liver and kidney damage，clinical cure rate is high， and not easy to relapse， the long-term effect is good.As mentioned above， the understanding of the disease and treatment made some new progress， in this article has been summarized.
