摘要: 目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定灵芝孢子油中总三萜含量。方法:以齐墩果酸为对照品,与5%香草醛-冰乙酸反应,在高氯酸环境下显色,在545 nm处测定样品吸光度。结果:齐墩果酸在0.02~0.12 mg范围内线性关系良好,Y=11.033X-0.0441,r=0.9998。重复性实验,RSD为2.84%(n=6)。平均回收率78.43%,RSD为3.5%(n=6)。结论:经过线性、重复性、精密度、回收率实验,确认本方法适用于灵芝孢子油总三萜的含量测定。

Abstract: Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of total triterpenoids in the ganoderma lucidum spores oil by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Methods:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry determination was performed on oleanolic acid (as a control) and with 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid solution and perchloricacid ascolor-developing agent.The absorbance of sample was determined at 545nm. Results:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and absorbance of oleanolic acid within the range of 0.02~0.12 mg(A=11.033c-0.0441,r=0.9998).The repeat test,RSD=2.84%(n=6),the average recovery rate was 78.43%,RSD=3.5%(n=6).Conclusion:After the linearity, the repeatability, the precision, the recovery of the test,the method can be used for measuring the content of total triterpenoid in the ganoderma lucidum spores oil.
