摘要: 目的:通过小儿康颗粒中白芍含量测定质量标准研究,提升小儿康颗粒质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定小儿康颗粒中的白芍中芍药苷的含量。结果:HPLC法测定白芍中芍药苷的线性关系良好,精密度、重复性和回收率均较好,溶液在8 h内稳定,并对本品3批样品的芍药苷含量进行测定。结论:本方法简单、专属性强,可有效控制小儿康颗粒的质量,提升质量标准。

Abstract: Objective:To study the determination method of radix paeoniae alba in xiao′er kang granules by HPLC,improving the quality standard of xiao′er kang granules. Methods:The content of paeoniflorin in radix paeoniae alba of xiao′er kang granules was detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results:Paeoniflorin in radix paeoniae alba had good linear relation ship, the precision,repeatability and recovery rate were good. The solution was stable within 8 h, and the content of paeoniflorin in 3 batches of samples was determined. Conclusion:The improved method is simple and specific,it can effectively control the quality of xiao′er kang granules and improve the quality standards. .
