摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：构建临床药学专业硕士研究生实践能力的培养体系，推进临床药学高等教育事业的发展。方法：通过文献查阅，分析查找我国临床药学专业硕士研究生培养体系存在的问题，结合我院临床药学专业硕士研究生培养经验，构建完整的临床药学专业硕士研究生实践能力培养体系。结果：初步构建了一套临床药学专业硕士研究生实践能力培养及质量评价体系。结论：通过构建系统的临床药学专业硕士研究生培养及评价体系，提高了我院临床药学专业硕士研究生带教的质量。

Abstract: Objective：To establish a training system for the practical ability of postgraduate students in clinical pharmacy， and to promote the development of clinical pharmacy higher education. Methods：Through literature review，we analyzed the problems existing in the clinical pharmacy postgraduate students training system in China，and constructed a complete set of clinical pharmacy professional postgraduate students practical ability training system which combined with the clinical pharmacy postgraduate students training experience in our hospital. Results： A set of clinical pharmacy graduate students′ practical ability training and evaluation system was constructed. Conclusion：Through the construction of the system of clinical pharmacy postgraduate training and evaluation system，the quality of the teaching of clinical pharmacy postgraduate students in our hospital has been improved.
