Abstract: Objective： To research how to improve the management level of national E-government project in Food and Drug Suppervisory Field. Methods：Combined with the characteristics of the project， and on the basis of analyzing the difficulties of national E-government project， optimization strategies of project management were proposed. Results & Conclusion： To do a good job in national E-government project management， some suggestions were proposed， such as innovating project management system and means， doing well demand analysis and planning design， improving information technology standards specification， adhering to innovation， strengthening the team construction of food and drug information and so on.
