癫痫临床实践指南方法学质量评价

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：通过了解国内外癫痫指南的发布状况，评价和分析癫痫临床实践指南方法学质量，为临床实践提供明确的推荐意见。方法：检索PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science、National Guideline Clearinghouse（NGC）、中国知网、万方和CBM等数据库搜集相关的癫痫临床实践指南。评价员独立筛选文献、提取资料后，采用AGREEⅡ工具对纳入的指南进行质量评价，计算每个结构域的得分并通过组内相关系数对评价者间的一致性进行评价。结果：10部指南被纳入（3部中文指南和7部英文指南）。10部指南6个领域得分（M±SD）分别为：范围和目的(60±6.6)%，参与人员(40±12.2)%，制定的严谨性(33±10.7)%，表达的明晰性(52±6.5)%，应用性(33±7.4)%，编辑独立性(28±8.7)%。结论：国内外癫痫临床实践指南的整体质量不佳，可借鉴AGREEⅡ的评价体系结合国内实际情况制定高水平的临床实践指南。

Abstract: Objective： Through understanding the release status of epilepsy guidelines in China and abroad，we can evaluate and analyze the quality of epilepsy clinical practice guidelines， in order to give reference for doctors. Methods：A systematic search of relevant literature databases(PubMed， EMBASE， Web of Science， National Guideline Clearinghouse， CNKI， Wanfang Database and CBM et al.) were conducted to identify the epilepsy clinical practice guidelines. Guidelines selection and data extraction were independently performed by authors. AGREEⅡinstrument was used to evaluate the quality of the included guidelines. Intra-class correlation coefficient tests were performed to appraise the uniformity of the overall assessment scores.Results： A total of ten guidelines (three Chinese guidelines and seven English guidelines) for epilepsy were finally included. The mean scores of six domains were (60±6.6)%， (40±12.2)%， (33±10.7)%， (52±6.5)%， (33±7.4)% and (28±8.7)%.Conclusion： The quality of epilepsy clinical practice guidelines is not good， the researcher should develop high level epilepsy clinical practice guidelines based on the AGREE Ⅱ tool and current situation.
