摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：利用指南研究和评价工具（AGREEⅡ）评价儿童急性胃肠炎临床实践指南的质量，为临床医生提供推荐意见。方法：检索PubMed、EMBASE、Web of Science、National Guideline Clearinghouse（NGC）、中国知网、万方和CBM等数据库搜集相关的癫痫临床实践指南。由评价员独立筛选文献、提取资料后，采用AGREEⅡ工具对纳入的指南进行质量评价，计算每个结构域的得分并通过组内相关系数对评价者间的一致性进行评价。结果：共纳入9部指南。9部指南6个领域得分范围分别为：范围和目的(76.0±16.4)%，参与人员(46.1±11.1)%，制定的严谨性(57.1±18.6)%，表达的明晰性(60.2±15.0)%，应用性(37.7±11.3)%，编辑独立性(52.4±24.3)%。结论：儿童急性胃肠炎指南的整体质量中等。范围和目的以及表达明晰性领域得分较高，其他领域有待提高。

Abstract: Objective： To evaluate methodological quality of clinical practice guidelines in acute gastroenteritis in children by AGREE Ⅱ instrument in order to give reference for doctors. Methods：A systematic search of PubMed，EMBASE，Web of Science， National Guideline Clearinghouse， CNKI， Wanfang and CBM were conducted to identify the acute gastroenteritis clinical practice guidelines in children. Guidelines selection and data extraction were independently performed by authors. AGREEⅡ instrument was used to evaluate the quality of the included guidelines. Intra-class correlation coefficient tests were performed to appraise the uniformity of the overall assessment scores. Results：A total of nine guidelines for acute gastroenteritis in children were finally included. The mean scores of six domains were (76.0±16.4)%， (46.1±11.1)%， (57.1±18.6)%， (60.2±15.0)%， (37.7±11.3)% and (52.4±24.3)%. Conclusion：The quality of clinical practice guidelines for acute gastroenteritis in children is moderate， the score in the field of scope， purpose and clarity are high，but the score in other field should be improved in the future.
