Abstract: Objective： To evaluate and analyze the quality of community acquired pneumonia(CAP) clinical practice guidelines through understanding the release status of CAP guidelines in China and abroad， in order to give reference for doctors. Methods： A systematic search of relevant literature databases(PubMed，EMBASE，Web of Science， National Guideline Clearinghouse，CNKI，Wanfang Database and CBM et al.) were conducted to identify the community acquired pneumonia clinical practice guidelines. Guidelines selection and data extraction were independently performed by two authors. AGREEⅡ instrument was used to evaluate the quality of the included guidelines. Intra-class correlation coefficient tests were performed to appraise the uniformity of the overall assessment scores. Results： A total of 14 guidelines for CPA were finally included， the quality of included guidelines was good， 2 guidelines were A grade recommendation， 4 guidelines were B grade recommendation， 8 guidelines were C grade recommendation. The scores of six domains by AGREE Ⅱ instrument were 74.65%， 72.46%， 49.71%， 47.03%， 46.22% and 37.21%. Conclusion： In the future， the researchers should focus on the rigor of development， editorial independence and applicability， and develop high level CAP clinical practice guidelines based on the AGREE Ⅱtool.
