摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：通过了解国内外支气管炎指南的发布状况，评价和分析支气管炎临床实践指南方法学质量，为临床实践提供明确的推荐意见。方法：计算机检索主要数据库和指南网站获取公开发表的支气管炎相关的临床实践指南，并采用AGREE Ⅱ工具对纳入的临床实践指南的质量进行评价。结果：纳入13部支气管炎临床实践指南，国外10部，国内3部。质量评价结果显示，6个领域中范围和目的的得分最高，平均分为78%，其次为参与人员，平均分为76%，清晰性平均得分49%，严谨性平均得分25%，编辑独立性平均得分19%，应用性平均得分16%。4个指南为弱推荐，9个指南为不推荐。结论：支气管炎临床实践指南的整体质量较差，还需依据AGREEⅡ进一步制定高质量的临床实践指南。

Abstract: Objective： To evaluate and analyze the quality of clinical practice guidelines for bronchitis through understanding the release status of bronchitis guidelines in China and abroad， in order to give reference for doctors. Methods： A systematic search of the major database and website were conducted to identify the bronchitis clinical practice guidelines. AGREE Ⅱ instrument was used to evaluate the quality of the included guidelines. Results： A total of 13 guidelines (3 Chinese guidelines and 10 English guidelines) for bronchitis were finally included. The scores of six domains by AGREE Ⅱ instrument were 78%(scope and purpose)， 76%(partment person)，49%(clarity of presentation)， 25%(rigor of development)， 19% (editorial independence) and 16% (applicability). 4 guidelines were weak recommend， 9 guidelines were not recommended. Conclusion： The quality of bronchitis clinical practice guidelines is not good， the researchers should develop high level bronchitis clinical practice guidelines based on the AGREE Ⅱ tool and current situation.
