摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：观察治疗膝骨关节炎对腰椎间盘突出症的影响。方法：门诊将符合膝骨关节炎和腰椎间盘突出症诊断标准的患者随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组给予膝骨关节炎治疗及嘱其平时注意事项，对照组嘱其平时注意事项（同观察组），两周后观察两组腰痛症状VAS评分，下腰痛JOA评分，腰椎侧弯度数（Cobb角），腰椎间盘突出症治疗疗效。结果：观察组治疗效果优于对照组。结论：治疗膝骨关节炎可使腰椎间盘突出症缓解，膝骨关节炎对腰椎间盘突出症有影响。

Abstract: Objective：To observe the effect of treating knee osteoarthritis on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Patients who met the clinic diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis and lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group received the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and were told matters usually needing attention； the control group were told matters usually needing attention (the same as the observation group). The pain symptom VAS score， JOA score of low back pain， degree of lumbar scoliosis (Cobb angle)， curative effect to lumbar disc herniation of the two groups were observed after two weeks. Results： The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion： The treatment of knee osteoarthritis can relieve lumbar disc herniation； knee osteoarthritis has influence on lumbar disc herniation.
