Abstract: Objective：To strengthen the clinical application management of antibacterial drugs in hospital， standardize the clinical use of antibiotics， optimize the treatment program and prevent the occurrence of irrational use of drugs. Methods： Establish antimicrobial stewardship(AMS) scheme and strengthen the implementation of infectious disease control， multidisciplinary treatment model (MDT) and prescription comment to optimize the treatment plan； establish mechanism of early warning of bacterial resistance to delay the bacterial resistance. Results： After the continuous improvement of clinical application of antibacterial drugs， the use of antibiotics has become increasingly rational and standardized， but efforts should still be made in optimizing treatment options. Conclusion： Scientific management of antimicrobial agents in hospital can significantly improve the level of rational use of antibiotics.
