耳穴埋豆联合酸枣仁汤加减治疗卒中后失眠的疗效及对血清TNF-α的影响

摘要: 目的:研究耳穴埋豆联合酸枣仁汤加减治疗卒中后失眠的效果以及对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。 方法: 选择我院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的卒中后失眠患者60例,按照入院顺序分为对照组与研究组各30例。对照组采用酸枣仁汤加减治疗,研究组在其基础上联合耳穴埋豆进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、睡眠质量与血清TNF-α水平。 结果: 研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%,治疗效果优于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前AIS评分与血清TNF-α水平无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组AIS评分与血清TNF-α水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 通过对卒中后失眠患者实施耳穴埋豆联合酸枣仁汤加减治疗,临床疗效较为显著,提高血清TNF-α水平,改善患者的睡眠质量。

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of combined treatment of ear acupoint burying bean and ziziphi spinosae decoction in the treatment of insomnia after stroke and the influence on serum TNF-α. Methods: 60 patients with insomnia after stroke in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the order of admission. Each group had 30 cases. The control group was treated with ziziphi spinosaea decoction, and the study group was treated with ear acupoint burying beans on the basis of the control group treatment. The clinical effect, the quality of sleep and the level of serum TNF-α were compared between the two groups. Results: The treatment effective rate of the study group was 90.00%, significantly better than that of the control group(66.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients′ AIS score and serum TNF-α level(P>0.05); after treatment, the AIS score and serum TNF-α level in the study group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of ear acupoint burying bean combined with ziziphi spinosae decoction has significant clinical effect to insomnia after stroke, which can improve serum TNF-α level and improve sleep quality.
