圣愈汤对高血压脑出血患者血清HMGB1、BNP、NSE水平的影响

摘要: 目的:探讨圣愈汤对高血压脑出血患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)、脑钠肽(BNP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法:选取2014年9月至2017年9月本院收治的高血压脑出血患者100例,依据随机数字表法分为圣愈组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予综合治疗,圣愈组在此基础上给予圣愈汤治疗,比较两组患者血清HMGB1、BNP、NSE和脑水肿、神经功能、治疗疗效。结果:圣愈组和对照组治疗后血清HMGB1、BNP、NSE水平明显低于治疗前,圣愈组治疗后血清HMGB1、BNP、NSE水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);圣愈组和对照组治疗后7、14 d的脑水肿体积、美国国立卫生研究院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分明显低于治疗前,圣愈组治疗后7、14 d的脑水肿体积、NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);圣愈组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:圣愈汤治疗可有效改善高血压脑出血患者血清HMGB1、BNP、NSE水平和脑水肿,有利于促进患者神经功能的恢复。

Abstract: Objective:To discuss the effect of Sheng Yu Decoction on serum high mobility group protein 1 (HMGB1), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), neuron specific enolase (NSE) levels in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from September 2014 to September 2017 in our hospital according to random number table, all patients were divided into shengyu group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The control group was treated with comprehensive treatment, and shengyu group was treated with Sheng Yu Decoction on that basis. The serum HMGB1, BNP, NSE level, brain edema, nerve function and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the serum HMGB1, BNP, NSE levels of shengyu group and control group were significantly lower than those before treatment. The serum HMGB1, BNP, NSE levels of shengyu group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The brain edema volume and National Institutes of Health Stocke Scale(NIHSS) score on the 7, 14 d after the treatment of shengyu group and control group were significantly lower than those before treatment. The brain edema volume and NIHSS score on the 7, 14 d after treatment of shengyu group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The therapeutic effect of shengyu group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of Sheng Yu Decoction can effectively improve the levels of serum HMGB1, BNP, NSE and brain edema in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. It is beneficial to the recovery of the nerve function of the patients.
