Abstract: Objective：To analysis the study of fuzzy logic in medical field in the world by making a visual analysis， so as to provide the references to carry out related research for the Chinese researchers. Methods：PubMed was searched to obtain the foreign researches on the fuzzy logic.The related publication time， journal， author and medical subject heading(MeSH) were extracted and produced co-matrix by BICOMS -2 analysis software. The network diagram of author and MeSH were drawn by NetDraw， at the same time， cluster analysised by gCLUTO.Results：A total of 3 951 studies involving 38 countries， 10 027 authors and 2 research teams were included， there was an imbalance between regions， and lack of cooperation between countries， and formation of cooperative teams. The studies focused on 2 research topics， the imaging/interpretation of MRI/breast tumor X-ray and physiological detection/clinical feedback of tumors using fuzzy logic/artificial intelligence/computer model. Conclusion：The number of studies of fuzzy logic is on the rise， and there is an imbalance in the authors and countries.The cooperation between authors and countries needs to be further strengthened. The research topic still needs to be expanded.
