项目教学法在医学教学中应用现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Project-based Teaching in Medical Field

摘要: 目的:分析项目教学法在医学教学中应用现状,以期为项目教学法在医学教学中的顺利开展提供借鉴和参考。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库,研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立筛选出项目教学法的研究,采用书目共现分析系统(BICOMS-2)分析软件对关键词、作者及其单位进行抽取和整理并生成共现矩阵,利用NetDraw和gCLUTO 分别绘制网络关系图和进行聚类分析。结果:最终纳入项目教学法相关研究444篇,研究数量在发表时间、期刊、作者、作者单位、省份分布方面不平衡,主要作者分为11个主要合作团体,作者单位为4个主要研究团队,作者之间存在一定的联系,但合作有待加强,研究主题主要有4个。结论:我国项目教学法在医学教学中应用的研究数量存在地域不平衡性,参与发表相关研究的作者较多,但高产作者较少。研究主题主要集中在项目教学法在中职和高职护理教学中的应用。

Abstract: Objective:To analysis the current situation of project-based teaching in medical field, so as to provide reference for the researchers to perform project-based teaching in medical field. Methods: The CBM,CNKI and Wanfang database were searched,researchers independently screened out the project-based teaching studies based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. BICOMS-2 software was used to extracted the related information (key words, authors and institution of papers) and produced matrix. NetDraw was used to produce figure of network. gCLUTO was used to cluster analysis.Results: 444 studies were included, the number of the studies was unbalanced in the publish time, journals, authors, organizations and provinces. The main authors were divided into 11 main groups, the main organizations were divided into 4 research teams, there was certain relationship between the authors, but the cooperation needed to be strengthened, there were mainly four research topics.Conclusion: The number of project-based teaching studies is unbalanced in difference provinces, more and more authors are involved in project-based teaching studies, but only a few authors publish many studies. Research topic is mainly focused on the project-based teaching method in the nursing course in the secondary and higher vocational education.
