摘要: 目的:综述品管圈在提高药房药学服务质量中的应用研究,以期在医院药房管理中采用新的管理方式,为患者提供更优的服务。方法:本文从品管圈在医院药房管理中降低药品调剂差错,降低不合格处方的发生率,提升患者满意度三方面进行综述。结果:品管圈的实施能够大大提高医院药房的药学服务质量。结论:品管圈是现代医院药房药学服务质量得到持续改进和提高的有力保障。

Abstract: Objective:To review the application study of quality control circle(QCC) in improving the service quality of the pharmacy, and to provide better service for the patients with new management methods in hospital pharmacy management. Methods:This article reviewed the application of QCC from the aspects of reducing drug dispensing errors, reducing the incidence of unqualified prescriptions and improving patients′ satisfaction. Results:The implementation of QCC can greatly improve the quality of pharmacy service. Conclusion:QCC is a powerful guarantee for continuous improvement of hospital pharmacy service quality.
