Abstract: Objective：To explore the application value of PDCA cycle management system in the management of hospital disinfection center.Methods：The data of the management of the disinfection center in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group and the observation group. The data of the control group used only department contact system to manage for the period from January 2014 to December 2015. The data of the observation group used PDCA cycle manngerment combined with department contact system to manage for the period from January 2016 to December 2017. The control group and the observation group all used 1 000 operation bags as sample. A total of 2 178 satisfaction questionnaires were collected from the control group and 2 175 from the observation group.Results：The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the first-line doctors and nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion： PDCA circulation management system combined with department contact system can improve the work quality of disinfection center and the satisfaction of clinicians and nurses to the staff of disinfection center.
