摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为传承发展中医药事业，加强古代经典名方中药复方（以下简称经典名方）制剂的质量管理， 2018年4月16日国家中医药管理局发布了《古代经典名方目录（第一批）》，6月1日国家药品监督管理局出台了《古代经典名方中药复方制剂简化注册审批管理规定》。本课题组基于经典名方的长期研究，认为可以利用经典名方制剂免去临床试验这次契机，对于药品说明书当中【功能主治】/【适应证】，以及【不良反应】、【禁忌】、【注意事项】两大方面内容进行适当调整和完善，借以探讨更符合临床实际的说明书撰写规范，为解决经典名方临床应用问题提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: In order to inherit and develop traditional Chinese medicine, strengthen the quality management of the ancient classical prescriptions Chinese herbal medicine compound (hereinafter referred to as the classical prescriptions) preparation, the Catalogue of Ancient Classical Prescriptions (the first batch) was issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine on April 16, 2018, and the Requirements for Simplifying the Registration of Ancient Classical Prescriptions was introduced by National Drug Administration of China on June 1, 2018. On the basis of long-term research on the classical prescriptions, the research group believes that we can make use of the opportunity of exempting the clinical trial of ancient classical prescriptions to adjust and improve the content of instructions for ancient classical prescriptions from the aspects of [functional indications]/[indications], and [adverse reactions], [contraindications], [precautions], so as to investigate the new specification more suitable to clinical practice, and provide reference for solving clinical application problems for ancient classical prescriptions.
