Abstract: Objective： To systematically analysis the literature of integrating pension service with medical service， indicate the research direction of integrating pension service with medical service in China. Methods：Searching CNKI and CBM databases， to identify all the relevant literature of integrating pension service with medical service. The keywords were extracted and analyzed by BICOMS-2 software， generated co-occurrence matrix， and then cluster analysis was performed by gCLUTO. Results：Current studies on integrating pension service with medical service mainly focused on pension model， institutional care， socialized pension， reform of medical institutions， pension services and some nursing insurance system.The social network graph showed current researches mainly concerned the pension patterns of integrating pension service with medical service， the causes of integrating pension service with medical service(aging， empty nester， disabled elderly， left-behind elderly)， current situation and development of integrating pension service with medical service. Conclusion：Clustering analysis of research topics identified China′s current research direction of integrating pension service with medical service.
