摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：对我国医药卫生领域计算机辅助教学(computer assisted instruction，CAI)研究进行可视化分析，以期为CAI研究者开展相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法：通过检索中国知网，获取CAI研究。采用书目共现分析系统（BICOMS-2）对作者机构、发表时间和期刊信息进行提取和整理，对作者机构生成共现矩阵，并采用NetDraw生成机构的社会网络图，对于作者和关键词采用VOSviewer软件进行提取，并生成主要作者的合作图，关键词的密度图和聚类图。结果：国内医药卫生领域CAI研究呈由递增到递减的趋势，4 596篇研究刊载在805种期刊上，载文量最多的期刊为山西医科大学学报(基础医学教育版)，发文量大于5篇的作者仅有20名，主要作者分为9个主要的合作团体，作者机构团体有5个，研究主题主要有7个。结论：我国医药卫生领域CAI研究开展的较晚，总体呈由递增到递减的趋势，参与研究的团体和机构团队众多，但各团体之间、作者研究机构之间的联系不够紧密，仍需进一步增强合作。研究主题较多，但仍需进一步开拓新的研究方向。

Abstract: Objective：To analysis the computer assisted instruction(CAI)research in the field of medical and health in China in order to provide reference for CAI researchers. Methods：We searched CNKI and included all available study of CAI in Chinese papers， and extracted the organization， publication time and journal information with BICOMS-2 analysis software. Generated a co-occurrence matrix for the organization and used NetDraw to generate network map. The author and keywords were extracted using VOSviewer software， and the cooperation diagram of the main author， the density map of the keywords and the cluster diagram were generated. Results：The research on CAI in the field of medical and health in China showed a trend from increasing to decreasing. 4 596 studies were published in 805 journals. The most abundant journal was the Journal of Shanxi Medical University (Basic Medical Education Edition). There are only 20 authors with more than 5 articles， and the main authors are divided into 9 major cooperative groups. There are 5 research institution groups and 7 research topics. Conclusion：The research on CAI in the field of medical and health in China is carried out late， and the trend is from increasing to decreasing. There are many groups and institutions participating in the research， but the links between various groups and institutions are not close enough， and cooperation needs to be further strengthened. There are many research topics， but further research directions are still needed.
