摘要: 目的:评价MRI增强T2WI FLAIR序列在病毒性脑膜炎诊断中的意义及临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2015年1月至2018年9月经临床确诊的27例病毒性脑膜炎患者的影像资料,其中男性15例,女性12例,年龄13~58岁,平均年龄(31.52±5.37) 岁。主要临床表现有发热24例,头痛23例。结果:病毒性脑膜炎T2WI FLAIR序列多表现为脑沟、裂、池信号增高,增强后表现为软脑膜或硬脑膜的均匀强化,多为脑回样、环状强化。27例脑膜炎患者中T2WI FLAIR增强上显示病变强化者有22例,在增强T1WI图像上显示病变强化者有15例,两者检出正确率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.523,P=0.04)。结论:增强T2WI FLAIR 序列对于病毒性脑膜炎的显示具有较高的诊断准确性,同时,具有早期诊断病毒性脑膜炎病变的潜在价值。

Abstract: ]Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of MRI enhanced T2WI FLAIR sequence in the diagnosis of viral meningitis. Methods: The imaging data of 27 patients with viral meningitis in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed, including 15 males and 12 females, aged 13-58 years with an average age of(31.52±5.37)years. The main clinical manifestations were fever in 24 cases and headache in 23 cases. Results: The T2WI FLAIR sequence of viral meningitis was characterized by increased signal in the sulcus, fissures and cisterns. The enhancement was manifested as homogeneous enhancement of pia mater or dura mater, gyrus and ring enhancement. 22 of 27 patients with meningitis showed enhancement on T2WI FLAIR and 15 on T1WI .The difference was statistically significant (χ2=4.523, P=0.04). Conclusion: Enhanced T2WI FLAIR sequence has high diagnostic accuracy for viral meningitis, and has potential value for early diagnosis of viral meningitis lesions.
