摘要： 目的：研究五禽戏疗法治疗纤维肌痛综合征（FMS）的干预疗效。方法：选取2016年12月至2018年5月北京中医药大学东方医院、中国中医研究院广安门中医院风湿病科门诊以及10家社区卫生服务中心搜集的纤维肌痛患者42例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各21例。观察组患者采用五禽戏锻炼合并口服西药共同干预治疗FMS，对照组患者采用单纯口服西药治疗FMS，记录干预前、干预6周后、干预12周后患者疼痛点个数变化，采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和修订版纤维肌痛影响调查表（FIQR）3个量表评分共同评价临床疗效。结果：在患者压痛点个数、疼痛程度VAS值、FIQR总分以及HAMD评分方面，两组患者在干预后均较治疗前有所改善，在干预6周后，VAS评分、HAMD评分结果差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗效果相当。但干预12周后，观察组患者VAS评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：五禽戏能缓解 FMS 患者临床症状，改善患者生活质量，可作为治疗本病的辅助疗法。

Abstract: Objective：To investigate the features and advantages of wuqinxi on the treatment of fibromyalgia syndrome(FMS). Methods： 42 FMS patients from Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， Guang′anmen Hospital of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and ten community health service centers were collected from December 2016 to May 2018， and divided into the observation group(n=21) and the control group (n=21). The observation group patients received wuqinxi combined with oral western medicine treatment， while the control group patients only received oral western medicine treatment.Clinical effect was evaluated respectively by counting the number of tender points， visual analogue scale(VAS)， hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and fibromyalgia impact questionnaire(FIQR) scores before treatment， 6 weeks after treatment， and 12 weeks after treatment. Results：In the aspects of VAS， FIQR， HAMD scores， number of tender points， the two groups patients were improved after treatment. There was no statistic difference in the VAS score and HAMD score between the two groups after 6 weeks of treatment（P＞0.05）. However， after 12 weeks of treatment， the VAS score and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Wuqinxi can be effective on relieving symptoms of FMS patients， which raise the quality of life of patients. Thus， it can be used as adjuvant therapy， and it is worthy of clinical application.
