摘要: 骨外固定技术作为骨科内固定技术的重要补充,在开放性骨折的临时固定、骨折不愈合的治疗以及骨缺损、骨延长等领域具有重要的作用。20世纪50年代,自Ilizarov教授发现骨组织的牵张成骨现象,提出张力—应力(law of tension-stress,LTS)法则后, Ilizarov理论、技术的应用也渐次广泛。本文拟对Ilizarov技术的发展历史做简要回顾,对Ilizarov外固定装置在治疗复杂骨缺损及骨折不愈合方面的应用做一综述。

Abstract: As an important supplement to orthopaedic internal fixation technology, external fixation plays an important role in the temporary fixation of open fractures, especially in the treatment of nonunion of fractures, bone defect and lengthening. In the 1950s, Professor Ilizarov discovered the phenomenon of distraction osteogenesis of bone tissue and proposed the law of tension-stress(LTS), and he developed the Ilizarov external fixation technology. The application of Ilizarov theory and technology has gradually become widespread. This article reviews the development history of this technique and summarizes the application of Ilizarov external fixator in the treatment of complex bone defect and nonunion of bone fracture.
