摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析1例胃和食管双原发癌患者的化疗方案，为临床药师参与该类疾病患者的临床实践提供思路。方法：临床药师通过查阅胃癌、食管癌相关临床实践指南和文献，结合患者实际病情，协助医生制定个体化的给药方案。结果：临床药师通过参与药学监护和用药教育，确保胃和食管双原发癌患者治疗的安全、有效。结论：临床药师通过参与胃和食管双原发癌患者治疗的全过程，促进临床合理用药，体现临床药师价值。

Abstract: Objective： To analyze the chemotherapy protocol of a patient with stomach and esophagus multiple primary cancer， and to provide some ideas for clinical pharmacists in the clinical practice of patients with such diseases. Methods： Combined with the actual condition of the patient，individualized dosage regimens were formulated by physicians and clinical pharmacists consulting guidelines and literatures on gastric and esophageal cancers. Results： Clinical pharmacists ensure the safe and effective treatment of patients by participating in pharmaceutical care and medication education. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists participate in the whole process of treatment of patients with stomach and esophagus multiple primary cancer to promote rational clinical use of drugs，which reflects the value of pharmacists.
