Abstract: Objective：To explore the clinical effect of the combination of off pump coronary artery bypass grafting and novel mitral valvuloplasty in the treatment of patients with mild and moderate ischemic mitral regurgitation. Methods：80 patients with mild and moderate ischemic mitral regurgitation treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research object，and randomly divided into two groups，the control group(n=40) and the study group(n=40). The patients in the control group were treated only by off pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery，while the patients in the study group were treated by combination therapy with the novel mitral valvuloplasty on the basis of the patients in the control group.Before year and after operation， the inner diameter and diameter difference of left ventricle diastole and contractile end， the degree of mitral regurgitation and the cardiac function classification were compared between the two groups.The number of patients with postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results：Before surgery， there was no statistic difference in the inner diameter of the left ventricle in the two groups（P＞0.05）. Year after surgery， the inner diameter of the left ventricle in the study group was leaser than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before surgery， there was no statistic difference in the level of mitral regurgitation and cardiac function classification between the two groups（P＞0.05）. After surgery， the level of mitral regurgitation in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05)， and the cardiac function classification in the study group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The occurence rate of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion：The use of off pump coronary artery bypass grafting combined with novel mitral valvuloplasty on patients with mild and moderate ischemic mitral regurgitation， can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients，increase the inner diameter of left ventricular at the end of the diastole and systole， reduce the degree of mitral regurgitation in patients， reduce the occurence rate of complication， and improve the patient′s heart function classification.
